That Twisting Serpent...

There is something to be said when tragic things happen & people show their true colors. Many people are celebrating death, not only death but murder. That is to be expected when a person that belongs to Jesus is silenced. The enemy thinks, just like he did when Jesus was killed, that he has won some sort of battle, or that he has the upper hand. But God! What is happening in America right now is truly an answer to prayer. So many have been praying for this country & for the lost. Sadly, it had to start with suffering. I'm so sorry for Mrs. Erika Kirk, that this had to fall on her life. But God knows what He is doing & He has likely been preparing her her whole life for this time. I am not as bothered by the people celebrating Charlie Kirk's death as I am the people saying that he was twisting Scripture to fit some agenda. Many "Christians" are saying that he was not speaking the truth of the Bible. I am bothered that people that say they belong to Jesus by calling themselves Christians don't know what the Bible says. Where are they getting their information? Have they ever actually read the Bible? Are they basing their ideas on things they have heard? Things they want to believe? I reject and rebuke this twisting serpent, Leviathan, that is spewing lies, saying that Charlie was the one twisting Scripture. I cancel this assignment of the enemy & every twisted lie needs to go to the feet of Jesus. It does not need to be tolerated.

It must be extremely frustrating for satan that when he thinks he has done something for his kingdom that Almighty God uses it for His! Gods way is always the way of suffering. He used the suffering of His only Son to save humanity. We do not deserve grace, mercy, or forgiveness, so that makes His sacrifice all the more miraculous, saving an ungrateful, sinful humanity from certain death & eternal damnation.

Satan uses this argument to keep people in guilt & shame, bombarding them with accusations & memories of their past trying to keep them down & from coming to Jesus. Satan whispers in your ear, "You don't deserve grace or forgiveness, you are too far gone, you have sinned to much, you'll never measure up." And on and on. Truthfully, this is true of each & every one of us - none of us deserves it. That is why it is called GRACE! We are not enough, we are not good enough, nor will we ever be, BUT JESUS IS! He is the same regardless of who we are or what we have done or how we feel. He remains the same - FAITHFUL, GRACIOUS, MERCIFUL, AMAZING! Many people believe they do not need a relationship with Jesus to be a Christian. I don't even want to identify with the word "Christian" anymore because it has become such a loose term. Everyone is a "Christian" though few even know what that means. Did you know that OBEDIENCE is Jesus' love language? Obedience means we strive to live according to His Word. Many say that true Christians are twisting Scripture to fit some sort of agenda because it goes against what they want to believe & how they want to live! No kidding.... The Word of God does that for all of us! It goes against how all of us want to live. Its uncomfortable for all of us. Those of us who choose to live by it are making a choice to live in obedience to the One who saved us. We are not something special that we can be saved & you can't. We just chose to accept Jesus, His love, His sacrifice, salvation, freedom, reconciliation, & redemption. I am no more worthy than anyone else. He loved me first. I love Him back. Though we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). He loved you first.

What the enemy means for evil, God uses for good. He turns graves into gardens, bones into armies, seas into highways, He gives beauty for ashes - HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN! I pray that people truly humble themselves, call on the name of Jesus & are saved (Romans 10:13). Lets pray to have eyes to see the truth, & eyes to be able to spot the enemy & his lies. Lets pray for discernment. Lets stop believing the lies & giving that twisting serpent so much power...
